The Gifu Nobunaga Omotenashi Kaiseki Sengoku Cuisine gets even better. I found a video on the Asashi Shinbum link a day ago. The article includes a minute video showing the cooking director, Mr. Yasuo Mori discussing the menu. The food looks delicious for sure!

Glad to see this back in the news :D
I investigated, and I found out that the event is limited to the period from 2 june to 15 october... It's expensive :/ but sure it would have been a nice plan for a one-day trip!

This is the cheaper plan for 17.000 yen (not sure if taxes are included) at night.
The most expensive plan is 27000 yen. The difference in price is due to the room's version and its view (it faces Kinkayama and Nagarakawa).
