Here is a nice Battle of Nagashino video. I presume it was the Ieyasu Taiga drama awhile back. The video is actually decent. I am actually surprised that after all the shooting was done by the Oda/Tokugawa army, it broke ranks and pursued the fleeing Takeda army. Which was true. On the eve of the battle, it did rain. Also there was a lot if hand-to-hand combat after the Takeda calvary was decimated.
The Chronicle of Lord Nobunaga (p. 226) "Now Nobunaga's army broke ranks and set off in hot pursuit."
Baba Nobuharu, who served under Shingen and Katsuyori was killed in action while trying to cover Katsuyori's rear. It was even noted in The Chronicle of Lord Nobunaga (p. 226) " Among them all, Baba Mino no Kami stood out by his unparalleled bold feats."
