 This is a short post regarding Nobunaga hold sumo matches at Azuchi in 1579.

The Chronicle of Lord Nobunaga (p. 322)

"On the 6th and 7th of tye Seventh Month, Nobunaga put on sumo matches at Mount Azuchi."
